Withdrawal has taken more than 9 business days (13 days). Withdrawal is 2100€.
19.8 cashout is approved for which I received a confirmation e-mail. I have asked the relevant customer service every day, because the money does not come to my account yet. according to customer service, the withdrawal would be in my account after 7 working days at the latest. The matter was not taken to the payment team for review until 27.8. I emailed my statement to the payment team.
I still haven't received a response from the payment team as to what the problem is with the payment and why the withdrawal has not been credited to my bank account. Customer Served from Providers in the chat when I asked, they are asked only patience and said that the payments team has contacted me soon.
When I deposited the casino I used to deposit the habit of zimpler, which fall due on 1.9, but I can not pay the bill until I received my bank account withdrawal.

As I told you yesterday that there was some issues from your payment method account to our bank and for some reason the amount got stuck in between. The issue seems to have been permanently fixed now. It was a technical issue of course.
