I have been depositing to Crazeplay Casino in May multiple times via trustly like the Screenshot of my deposit history shows. Then on the 24th of May I was able to win 3700 Euros which I split into to withdrawals (2500 Euros, 1200 Euros).
Unfortunately I still haven’t received any money and the Casino closed my account.
The initial answer from the customer support was that the account is closed due to the verification of my documents (which I provided to them).
Then I asked them again and they sent me an email that my account is permanently closed due to gambling addiction. But I didn’t receive my withdrawals and I didn’t close my account there.
So in August and September I contacted the site again and they answered the relevant department would get back to me as soon as possible.. Now it’s September, there is no way an account verification could take multiple months. I demand from Crazeplay Casino to pay out my winnings as fast as possible as I have been already waiting for multiple months.

thanks for the help askgamblers i got my money, but i still think what they did was very bad and i do not recommend the casino to anyone.
