Casino770 refusal to pay out

I joined 770 Casino 1 week ago after seeing an advert on Sky for their no deposit required £20 free bonus offer
I played and won. I met all of the play and withdrawal criteria and even credited the requested £30 to my account through their affiliate pay portal partner Neteller.
I won £1227 on the slots. I withdrew the funds and received an email stating funds would be received within 4 days.
I then received an email a day later stating the withdrawal was on hold as my game stats were being investigated.
I spoke to their customer service team on Feb 11th and explained I had played and won in good faith. They assured me I would hear back from them shortly. I have heard nothing.
My account now seems to have been closed by them. I have tried to call but nobody ever answers.
They have done little more than steal my money and my winnings. Surely to be a licensed gambling company they are obliged to pay out winnings.
I am not alone here. Lots of people are having the exact same problems. Can you help?
