I Have 4 previous hassle free withdrawals but the last one has become absolute nightmare. They declined twice, sent me an email telling me to resubmit but the page to request the withdrawal no longer works on multiple devices. Countless days of pointless conversations with their customer service team to get gold. Yesterday said we will refer it to relevant department and they will email me. They could have done that days ago but doubtful on the email. My last complaint was never followed up in regards to this. Please help collect my winnings so I can stay clear of this site
