One of the most putrid casinos around , STAY AWAY FROM THESE < offensive language >!!!

I made a small withdrawal request after depositing 3 times at this site, to see if they upheld their terms stated in our contract.

Firstly was a maximum timeframe of 3 days to process withdrawals ...

7 days after placing my request, the funds were returned without explanation to my account.

I contacted the staff here who have been nothing but rude and entirely unhelpful through this whole process... They responded with a prewritten answer and other responses generated by chat gpt...

They claimed of some mythical error that had happened, but I was assured that if I requested the withdrawal again that it would be processed as a priority.

I confirmed with the staff that the details I was using were guaranteed to work.

So I requested the illegally cancelled withdrawal yet again... Being a priority this time I only had to wait for 8 more days thanks to the incompetent payments team that may not actually exist.

And guess what, cancelled my withdrawal request yet again, without any explanation and only more rude treatment from the support team when I asked for an explanation...

They have urged me to deposit via other methods, which despite how trustworthy they seem (LOL), I will never contemplate giving this disgrace of a casino another cent.

I'm unsure where to go from here, I can't keep playing their games, my time is worth more than theirs is but I want what is rightfully mine.

Please lower the rating of this casino to 0 as they have clearly earned it.

Hey askgamblers team,
I should have lodged this complaint earlier as finally there is some attempt by the casino to partially fulfil their end of the contract between us.

No the withdrawal has only been partially completed as I have indicated to the "support" team at casinia .

After waiting the last 3 weeks I was forced into withdrawing via crypto which is not optimal for myself...
this method has no fees attached on either end (casino/crypto platform) , yet the amount I received was well under the amount I should have received in my crypto wallet ...

According to various sources , the equivalent in USD that the casino sent at the time would have been between $198 - $201 (and is basically within that price range for the entire day as the market was not very volatile today)
That equates to $300 of my currency being paid , leaving $50 that has "accidentally" been overlooked by the scamming casino

Bear in mind some of the pictures are based on the current price which works in the favour of the casino, but at the time the amount they paid me was at least $50 less . I'm also waiting on compensation or at least interest based on the BTC price of when they legally should have paid out my winnings in accordance to our legally binding contract ...
