I have delayed payments since 18 of December 2024.

I also have 10.000 € more on my account for weeks.

I already have withdrawn from this casino multiple times but since 18.12.2024 I haven't got any payments through.

I wrote multiple emails to them but always got the same answer as it is in screenshot.

Can you pls help me?

Now you see how bad is this Casino. There are not even responding, bcs they can't find any argument not to pay me out.
This was very helpfull.

They just reopend this issue bcs i lost 10.000. And they don't want to look bad here. But in 25 years playing on casinos this is the worst one. After 2 months of waiting i naturaly as adected gambler waist the most of the money while waiting. This one can be just solved if casinia paid me my 11500 what should have been the case from beginning. They kept my money for 2 months. And in T&C is saying that i can get 7000€ per month payed out. This was not what happend i recieved 0 in 2 month. And now is almost everything gone.

I havent recieved 11500 just 1500. But thats what they do wait for people to lose their money bcs they know there are week after 2 month waiting i collapsed but there terms and conditilns say that i should have got money way way before. They just want to resolve this problem with 1500 instead with 11500. They just waited until i lost my money and reopend request again. This is not fear and this will kot be closed for me. Why do you reopend it. Why should they have this privilage. To take my money and winn a batlle.
