I have 3 pending payments for about 3 weeks now. I don't need to verify my account or submit any documents but have just been told all payments are delayed at the moment. No further information has been given. Would like further explanation as to when my withdrawal will be processed. The payments are each for 500, I tried bank transfer and card payment to test.
