I've been trying to verify my account for weeks.

They asked for my residence permit, which I provided. Then they asked for my passport which I provided too.

Now they have asked for my residence permit again. Each response takes around a week also, never getting any clarity. Where it tells me to upload documents there is never any extra information to explain why the document wasn't accepted or what I need to upload.

Hi I've uploaded several copies of both and also emailed them too.

The quality of the images is very clear and all the text is visible. I spoke to someone on live chat who asked me to upload a selfie with both documents, which I have also done.

Those documents have also been rejected.

Can you please clarify what it is I need to do now?

It also only gives me the option to upload one document at a time.

After I've uploaded my passport I was told it was verified. Then I uploaded my residency permit and I was then asked for my passport again. So it goes around in circles each time.

I also have never received a single email from your department explaining anything that I need to do.

On live chat they tell me to wait for the email each time and don't clarify any further information.
