They asked for my residence permit, which I provided. Then they asked for my passport which I provided too.
Now they have asked for my residence permit again. Each response takes around a week also, never getting any clarity. Where it tells me to upload documents there is never any extra information to explain why the document wasn't accepted or what I need to upload.
