Dear Casinia Team,
I am not getting tired to claim here again due to your delays on my withdrawls. Why can you not establish a working process. You are very often faced with claims like this.
In my case, I am waiting again for the following 3 withdrawls in total 1499 EUR
1st: 500 EUR from 16/04/2024
2nd: 500 EUR from 18/04/2024
3rd: 499 EUR from 19/04/2024
3 Business days for all of the requests above are already over and Casinia delays again the payments
