This casino gets especially creative when it comes to withholding players’ winnings. See the attached screenshot. I have wagered more than three times the required amount for the bonus — and yet the bonus money still hasn’t been converted into real money.
I played according to the rules: no more than €5 per bet, no restricted games (which aren’t even available on the site), and, as mentioned, I fulfilled the wagering requirement more than three times over. Of course, the live chat support is unable to help me.
That’s why I’m turning to you. Otherwise, this casino will simply get away with what appears to be systematic fraud. Please help me!

As per our T&C 7.6: ''All bonuses have a wagering requirement, meaning you must bet a certain amount before you can withdraw your winnings. This requirement is expressed as a multiplier applicable to the bonus amount and the deposit amount, or the amount of winnings derived from such promotion. (Depending on the terms of the promotion in question).''
The specific multiplier for the relevant bonus was 30x, as it was mentioned in the details of the promotion you received.
As per our T&C, the total amount of the wager was calculated by the sum of the deposit you made to get the offer and the bonus given, multiplied by the multiplier (30x).
After checking your account, the bonus was released after wagering it accordingly, and the winnings passed to your real balance.
