Hi it has been 5 days my three withdraws are pending this is very strange website maximum withdraw is 500 USD and for that you have to wait for 72 hours and even after 72 hours no response when i contact live support they said we have minimum information finance department issue withdraws and we don't know exactly when they will issue your withdraw my total pending amount is 8100Euro.

They also not answering email it is cryptocurrency withdraw which should be instant.

I have send you June 2024 Account statement and you did not even approve that the address is different because i have 2 houses and for that i have to mention 2 address so i only mention city name so tell me should i upload bank statement here which will prove AND complete KYC You accept My id card you accept my selfie so what is with bank statement which is difficult to read and you making it late.I email you you dont answer on the chat you said we dont have details and this way it has been around 3 weeks
