I requested a withdrawal of €30 from my account 5 business days ago, but the payment is still showing as processing. According to the casino’s terms, withdrawals are usually processed within 4 business days.
I have completed all wagering requirements, played without any active bonus, and my account is fully verified. This is not my first withdrawal, and previous ones were processed normally, so I am concerned about this delay.
Please check the status of my withdrawal and let me know when I can expect to receive the funds.

I confirm that I have received my withdrawal. However, I am not fully satisfied with the experience.
According to the casino’s terms, withdrawals should be processed within 3–5 business days, but mine stayed in processing status for more than 5 business days before it was even sent. Once it was sent to Skrill, the funds arrived instantly, which means the delay was clearly on the casino’s side.
