Throughout all email exchanges with Boomerang.bet, I have successfully completed all standard KYC checks requested (identity and account verification).
These KYC checks were completed within the last 40 days, and no further KYC issues have been raised since then.
The only remaining issue concerns verification of a non-custodial crypto wallet and the related deposit, with a balance of €3,300 currently blocked as a result.
For wallet verification, I provided:
• A signed transaction/message created using the private key of the wallet
• The signed message explicitly included my full name, the date, and the internal ticket ID, to clearly demonstrate control of the wallet
• A public blockchain verification link confirming the validity of the signature
This is the only technically valid method to prove ownership/control of a non-custodial (decentralized) wallet.
For proof of deposit, I also provided:
• The transaction hash (TXID) of the deposit
• A screenshot of the deposit, clearly showing that the transaction is linked to the same wallet address
Additionally, I explicitly asked whether I could provide a video recorded with a second device, showing the wallet open on my phone and demonstrating real-time control of the address.
This question was never answered.
Despite all of the above:
• Responses from Boomerang.bet have been consistently delayed, taking around 5 days each time
• Each response is a copy-paste of the previous email
• No response addresses the signed message, the TXID, the screenshots, or my concrete questions
• No explanation is provided on how ownership should be verified for a non-custodial wallet
At no point has the operator:
• Explained a technically feasible verification method for this wallet type
• Clarified what proof would be acceptable
• Addressed the evidence already submitted
This situation is particularly inconsistent given that the operator accepted my deposit from this same non-custodial wallet without issue, yet now refuses to validate it for withdrawal purposes.
I have made repeated good-faith efforts to comply with all requests over the last 40 days. However, with €3,300 blocked and no clear guidance provided, compliance has become impossible.
I respectfully request that this case be properly reviewed and that a valid, applicable verification method be accepted for a non-custodial wallet so the withdrawal can be processed.

I would like to clearly clarify the technical situation regarding the non-custodial crypto wallet, as this seems to be the core of the ongoing issue.
The wallet used is a non-custodial (decentralized) wallet, meaning:
• It is fully owned and controlled by me
• I am the sole holder of the private key
• There is no third party or provider capable of issuing ownership documents
For this reason, non-custodial wallets cannot generate PDFs, account statements, or ownership certificates. Such documents only exist for custodial wallets or centralized exchanges, where a third party manages the wallet.
Wallet ownership – cryptographic proof
Because of the above, the only technically valid method to prove ownership/control of a non-custodial wallet is a cryptographic signature, which I have already provided.

A valid signature cryptographically proves control of the private key, and therefore control and ownership of the wallet. There is no stronger or alternative proof for this wallet type.

Given the above, requesting a “PDF document” or similar proof for this wallet is technically impossible and not something a non-custodial wallet can produce.
This is the basis of my complaint: despite providing valid cryptographic proof of ownership and full on-chain proof of the deposit, I continue to receive repeated requests for documentation that cannot exist for this type of wallet.
I kindly ask that the verification be assessed according to the technical reality of non-custodial wallets, and that my on-chain proof be properly reviewed.

I would like to provide an update on my case with Boomerang.bet.
Following my previous messages, I have now fully documented and sent to the operator the exact instructions required to verify ownership of my non-custodial (decentralized) crypto wallet, including:
• The wallet address
• The signed message
• The cryptographic signature
• Step-by-step instructions explaining precisely how these three elements must be entered into Tronscan in order to verify the signature and prove control of the wallet
This verification method is the industry-standard and only technically valid way to prove ownership of a non-custodial wallet.
In addition to this, I have also provided all KYC-related items requested by the operator, including:
• A selfie holding my ID document, with the operator’s website clearly visible in the background
Furthermore, in order to demonstrate full cooperation and transparency, I am now also recording a video in which:
• I appear personally
• My ID document is visible
• The operator’s website is visible in the background
• My mobile phone is shown displaying the wallet used for the deposit
• The transaction corresponding to the deposit (TXID) is shown directly from the wallet / blockchain explorer
Although a video is not required for non-custodial wallet verification from a technical standpoint, I am providing it in good faith to remove any remaining doubt about control of the wallet and origin of funds.
At this point:
• All standard KYC checks have been completed
• Full on-chain proof of deposit has been provided
• Valid cryptographic proof of wallet ownership has been provided
• Clear instructions on how to verify the signature have been sent to the operator
