Below I will summarize the problem:
1.December 26th-I tried to request a withdrawal via crypto, wallet was not active so I asked help. Same day, Andrew from Customer Support Team said they would investigate what the problem was. Nothing about any KYC. Later, same Andrew advised me to try another withdrawal method. Again, no KYC mentioned.
2.After 4 days of silence, Zack from Customer Support Team told me that a KYC is needed, even if they advertise no KYC for crypto(but whatever) so I must upload the required documents.
3.I uploaded all documents 10 days ago. They are still pending. No reply if I asked via email what the matter was and why the unusual delay.
4.I kept asking questions to customer support team via email. No reply whatsoever. I sent them yesterday a formal complaint trying to solve the matter internally, then a reminder today. Complete silence.
