We would like to provide the final timeline and resolution for this case:
Verification (April 23rd): The player’s account was successfully verified.
First Withdrawal Request (121.45 CAD): Immediately following verification, this request was audited. A 'sticky' bonus of 62.5 CAD was removed in accordance with our Bonus Terms, and the player was notified of this via email.
Player Activity: The remaining balance of 58.95 CAD from that request was subsequently played through by the user.
Subsequent Successful Payout (319 CAD): A few days later, the player requested a new withdrawal of 319 CAD, which was successfully processed and paid out in full.
As the player has been verified, has successfully received a significant payout, and the disputed 121.45 CAD was handled according to the terms (bonus deduction + gameplay), we consider this matter resolved and ask for the complaint to be closed.
