Casino not paying

Sie haben mir per E-Mail eine Promotion für das Blaze Spins Casino zugesendet, in der angegeben war, dass für Auszahlungen über Crypto kein KYC erforderlich sei. Auf dieser Grundlage habe ich mich registriert und gespielt.

Ich habe 1.708 € gewonnen, warte jedoch seit über 6 Tagen (inkl. 4 Werktagen) auf die Verifizierung. Laut AGB des Casinos darf diese maximal 3 Werktage dauern.

Trotz über 10 Kontaktversuchen per E-Mail und Live-Chat habe ich keinerlei Antwort vom Casino erhalten.

Ich bitte Sie, den Fall zu prüfen und sicherzustellen, dass beworbene Casinos ihre zugesagten Bedingungen einhalten.

Verification has still been pending since 5 days. I tried contacting support. They said they have a maximum of 5 days to review my documents. Told them 5 days has been reached. They said they are not the KYC team and couldnt do nothing.

I made one deposit with them, tried to withdraw send me to KYC (normal) the review of 5 days is a nonsense.

Hello. On 2026-03-19 (21:55:09) I made my first withdrawal of 1000 euros from Blaze Spins casino. It was sent to me very fast as promised. It took them about 15 minutes.

After that I made my second withdrawal of another 1000 euros on 2026-03-19 (21:12:50). It was rejected, because only one withdraw is allowed per 24 hours period. Ok, fine - I can wait. I respect rules. Meanwhile my money after that and until today is stuck in “Pending” status. It’s is not yet transferred to my Skrill account and also it is not back in casino account. It’s just somewhere in the middle of nowhere and I don’t have access to it.

After 24 hour period passed, I contacted couple times Blaze Spins Live support about this situation. They told me, they can’t help me, because they don’t manage withdraws and they don’t have any updates about my situation. So only thing, they could do, was forward me to Blaze Spins email support. Fine.

I contacted 4 times Blaze Spins support team by using email. First time it was 2026-03-21 (17:32). They replied to me within one hour. Told me, they have technical issues and I should check my withdrawal status in next 12 hours. I waited another 24 hours and nothing changed. So I again contacted them using email support on 2026-03-22, 2026-03-23 and 2026-03-24. This time, they just ignored me and did not respond at all.

1 week have passed since I made my withdrawal to my Skrill account, but it still have not received my won money. I request Blaze Spins to immediately transfer my money to my account and issue will resolved. Thank you!

I am submitting this complaint because I won 50 dollars but I am currently unable to withdraw my funds. My documents have been pending verification for over two weeks. I have contacted customer support, but I have not yet received a clear update. I would appreciate assistance in completing the verification process and having my withdrawal reviewed as soon as possible. Thank you.

I always get a prompt by my browser saying this site has malicious software which makes me uncomfortable in using the site I don't have many casinos I use anymore and blaze spins may be excluded from my list if they don't fix this please help get this done they said they forwarded to technical team a few days ago and there's been no response I will email files to support to attach to this as site wont allow it to be uploaded

I made the first withdrawal request and then the casino asked for KYC documents. I sent those documents immediately on January 4th. Their casino site says that it can take up to 3 days to verificate. It has been now over week and nothing happens. At my account it only says "verification pending". I have sent email to their customer service and asked what is taking so long. No response. They only send me spam and bonus offers to make me lose my balance, but nothing about verification process. They are delaying it on purpose. My casino account balance is 713 € and clearly they don't want to pay it to me. This same issue is also with two of my friends with this casino. They have waited KYC verification over 3 weeks and nothing has happened. No answers from the casino.
