On the 22 Oct 2021 my withdrawal of INR 301458 was marked as paid on the Betway website. According to the Betway website, this means I would receive the funds on 29 Oct 2021 However after a week the funds had still not been received, so I decided to contact betway.

At first, I was told they are having issues and can not provide a timescale. I was then told at a later date It is an issue with my bank, as it has been processed on their end. And when contacting for a third time, I was told they are "working hard to fix the issue with a matter of urgency" and can not provide a timescale.

My account is all up to date and verified, and I have had withdrawals processed a couple of days before. However 301458 is a larger withdrawal than normal and the different reasons for Betway not having processed the withdrawal is causing alarm bells. I have shared bank statements also but no response from their end it’s very bad and worst app. Don’t use this app.

Attached statements and their reply from customer care team they don’t have manners also listen customer issue without customers no app why ur runnings app you won’t resolve customer issue.

I am not received any reply as well someone hacked my account and you people giving wrong information to customers and transfers money wrong account number and runnings illegal in india using fake payments to collect money till now I haven’t received fund first fall you not transferred money

But this betway not giving withdraw amount as well they are withdrawn complaints from ODR dispute resolution body also we unable understand what’s issue with betway and as well their is not support and office in india but they are clamming that they legal in india as per our Indian Govt rules this is illegal even police also not taking complaints against this app because it’s outsourced company

You transferred money to wrong bank account and your saying that ask my bank how it possible so it’s possible in betway only and you provided wrong information to customers before said different account number and now your saying difference account number and different paid which is correct may I know the correct information if you provide details also how to trust you provided correct information however you will stand on your words You can see both reply from your team which is correct
