I made a deposit of 50000rs on October 29th October. Amount has been deducted from my account but not credited to betway account.
When I checked with chat support, they informed me that the deposit is declined from backend and in 14 business days it will be credited back to my bank account.
It's already 50 days now and it was not credited to my account.

This complaint has been reopened as per Betway Casino request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.
I am not expected anything back from betway as everything is lost.
