I am writing a complaint as I have been trying to get my account verified with BETONRED for over 1 month now. I won 2000 EURO on the Casino and every time I try to do a withdrawal they cancel it. I would like to get my money back please. The 2000 Euros that is supposed to be sent to me. Please see all my information regarding the issues. I have done nothing wrong and only want to be paid . Send me back my 2000 Euros
I would also like to address I have tried to talk to them on Chat, email many times and I never get a real answer. I have sent over three selfie photos and I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. I want someone to get back to me and send me the funds that I have won!
So please give me back my money and we can move forward with all of this.
