I have tried to get verified here for more than 1 week and I must say this site is a total joke. They are requesting documents after documents that don't exist.
First they did not approve my bank statement as proof of address It took them 4 days to understand I don't have any other documents so finally they approved it.
I made a crypto deposit to the site on 150€ and now when trying to make withdraw and verify account, they are asking me for a document that doesn't exist and I have told them that the document doesn't exist. They want a bank statement showing when I bought crypo. First of all I did not buy crypto I got it from a friend. So now they are asking for a bank statement from my friend showing when he bought crypto and here is the problem he has never bought crypto he is a miner. So the document they want don't exist.
Please help me they have offended and harassed me for 1 week. Here they don't understand what I'm telling them and keep on asking for things that don't exist.
