Oke, so i spend more then 4k at roulette and won back 2.5k. I requested a pay out on 5-5-2018 by bank transfer. Which should take 1-3 days and submitted all the documents, but my documents are still in pending as is my pay out. I have contacted the live support multiple times but kept getting an answer like it will take 5 working days for the bank transfer, or the transfer has already been made from our side. So i read the terms and conditions again and noticed i misunderstood a line that playwrs from the netherlands cannot play with real money. Could anyone please help?
