Hi Askgambler hope you can help me resolve this issue. I withdrew 900can from this casino now they said my identification card is not valid?. I did a withdrawal last time with no problem now my second time they telling me my photo card is not valid. This is the only identification I have because I dont drive and dont travel so no passport either. I’ve played this casino regulary and no where it said photo card not valid but Government issue id which is the same as the one I submit. Thank you askgambler for taking your time to read my complain.
