Transaction is successful transfer but they deny it.
The purpose of contacting the bank is to clear they don't want to give proof to the player. I'm not the only one having this trouble they are scamming players.
From day 4th contacting the bank. Bank always confirms the transactions are successfully transferred while to them is they have not received the fund. So if the bank is lying to them kindly give me proof you do not have the funds.

We have confirmed with GCash with all the chats provided by the user and indeed this payment was on hold by GCash they have accepted to forward the payment.
We have credited this transaction to the users account.

@askgamblers kindly ask them to send proof that they haven't the fund such as SOA.
