Kindly help me with this,

Transaction is successful transfer but they deny it.

The purpose of contacting the bank is to clear they don't want to give proof to the player. I'm not the only one having this trouble they are scamming players.

From day 4th contacting the bank. Bank always confirms the transactions are successfully transferred while to them is they have not received the fund. So if the bank is lying to them kindly give me proof you do not have the funds.

Please provide order number, bank statement from the date of transaction till today and also a video proof Please follow the guidelines for video proof, as mentioned below. You can send this video to [email protected] Please also mention the link to this complaint for verification.

Steps to follow for video proof:

1. Prepare two devices: use one for executing the appeal process and the other to record the entire procedure. If using a computer, ensure the website URL is visible at all times.

2. Navigate to Google Play or the App Store on the first device.

3. Locate and launch your bank or payment service app by searching for it in the store.

4. Log into your banking app, making sure to conceal your password during the process.

5. Access and display your profile or account details, including the account name and number.

6. Proceed to the transaction history section and present the most recent transactions, covering both incoming and outgoing payments that correspond with the time of the purchase. These should be in the same currency and from the account used for the transaction.

7. To highlight a particular payment, select it from the transaction list to show its details.

8. Provide comprehensive information about the selected transaction, including the total amount with currency, sender/receiver's name, their account number, transaction date and time, and the current status.

My host in this site, telling me sometimes lost payments 😅 my god the bank already confirmed the transaction is successful without an delay.

Supports and host always merchant sides. Final saying to them is they didnt recieved and denying the fund. Kindly aware all of players of bc.game they shouldnt play to this site. Bc.game is scammer site at all. Be careful to play in this site. If my money/FUND HAS GONE DUE TO SCAM OF THE SITE SO BE IT.

We have investigated this further and unfortunately, this payment hasn't been received by any of our merchants. You can reach out to your bank to get the refund of this payment not sure if gcash can help in the refund but the bank directly can help in this matter.

Did you contact the bank? They highly recommend to contact them by your merchant. Kindly read all of the attachment. And also all funds with successful transaction cannot be refunded by back because it is irreversible. Now where's the proof of you contacted the bank or proof of you not having the fund such as soa. In the 1st attachment gcash is advising me to get a copy of your soa.

Also gcash is confirmed the fund has been credited to your merchant so dont deny my fund.

The mail of banks is not evidence to them. Confirmation of the bank is neglected to them. How come mail of banks are not evidence to bcgame? Kindly explain to me. They're just saying they dont have the fund but can prove.

@askgamblers i complain here sir to get a proof from them but seems bcgame didnt read the complaint. Again sir if they're denying my depo kindly request a proof for behalf of bcgame such as soa or conversation that they contacted the bank/gcash on their side. Its clear to the attachments gcash is advising to get a soa or contact them by their merchant this is the 25th day but still no action has been done by them.

P.S. they can't prove that the fund is not on theyre side. Actually is a fraud on they're side.

Reach out to bank ? There is no bank besides gcash. You are diverting this.

I transacted to your scam site using gcash and no other bank and what on earth you have that idea? Do you have a panda brain?. Also sir panda only gcash can help to me. Do you reach out to your gcash? Where's the soa that advise to request to you by gcash?

@askgamblers kindly ask them to send proof that they haven't the fund such as SOA.

Hi,

We have confirmed with GCash with all the chats provided by the user and indeed this payment was on hold by GCash they have accepted to forward the payment.

We have credited this transaction to the users account.
