NetBet Casino - Account not credited
I used the pay by phone bill option and topped up my o2 pay as you go phone with £20 worth of credit clicked deposit on the casino entered £20 as the amount to deposit then I inserted my phone number and pressed send, the casino sent me a text asking me to reply with the letter Y so i did then i on my phone appeared the word error? I check my balance on the casino and it was 0, I then proceed to check my balance on my phone and that was 0 so the money was taken off. I contacted the casino and sent 4 pictures of the message i received from them that was yesterday 05/08/2015 at 5:10 its now gone 24 hours and all I have had in response is an automated email saying they will deal with it as soon as possible. Live chat have tried to be helpful but all i get is "when the department have sorted the problem the will email me". This is the first time i tried to deposit too! please help
