I have made a neosurf deposit and it has been more than 48 hours and my funds are still being held by the casino with excuses as it to be in the process with the financial department to have the issue resolved. I have not been given any reasons at to what the issue and the they claimed that neosurf has not forwarded the funds to them and they are waiting for the funds to appear in there account. I forwarded to them screenshots of the neosurf deposit which on it shows the funds paid directly into the casinos account with a transaction/reference number for the deposit. Clearly I am being lied in trying to make me believe that there supposedly Is a problem with neosurf and the casino. They have disregarded the information on the transaction screenshot. In the event if we were to assume that it was an issue between neosurf and the casino, I don’t know how that involves me or becomes my Problem to be disadvantaged is such a way. I have proof that tells me the funds have gone into the casinos account. I don’t understand what I am waiting for the resolution off. The customer service is very polite but responsive in a robotic manner. I fee; that I am communicating with a machine that answers the best way it has been imputed with. This is not right or legal. It is my second time visiting this site and I regret ever doing so and do not recommend for anyone to try. I was initially told it would take at least 48 hours to be resolved now I Am being told It could take 10 days. I can’t get my head around what actually is this issue they seem to think they have. There is proof produced to them that shows no issues and the funds are directed into the site account with a transaction number. How long would it take for a finance company to call And make enquires with the transaction number provided. I believed the sites listed on the gamblers site would be more trustable and competent but after this I have lost the trust and wonder how nd what is really checked about these sites to have them listed as being the best. Well done 7bit casino and an extra well done to ask gamblers site for the recommendation.
