I just joined 22bet, made a deposit seamlessly, won and lost some stakes, but can't withdraw due to some stringent verification process. Already, I have provided my valid ID card, as well as the photo of my credit card showing some digits.
However I was asked to take a clear selfie of me holding my ID closely to my face, with the dialogue of my mailing with the security team showing in my background clearly. This looked daunting to me. I mean, how can I take a selfie of me with and still show a background picture with one device. I replied the security team for further clarification on how I can achieve their requirement, they keep resending the mail to me.
Please I'll appreciate if I can be directed around it, or a sample of it shared with me. You can find attached the mail.
