Hello, i am a new ggbet user, i played on the website for a month, earned 50 dollars and when i tried to withdraw my money it kept giving me errors no matter how hard i tried and multiple methods i used, when i contacted support they said there is nothing they can do and they said i should try later or try another method, to let you know i have tried a lot of methods, and i have been trying to withdraw my money for a week, and i would like to withdraw it please.

I apologize for the late respond , But I have been working on this case for the past weeks and I could not describe it by nothing but frustrating, I would like to mention that the Card previously provided Was never used in any of the website transactions and my deposits were fully made by binance only , and as I have said before I do not have access to the card nor can provide the documents because i am not using it and never actually used it on the website , and applying it was only a desperate attempt from me to finally withdraw my money because the problem was ongoing even before I put the card information , i would also like to mention that I have a card that i can provide fully information to and can provide any documents GGbet. might request including the id and face verification and that is all am asking for .
