I have requested withdrawal of 6700 CAD on Feb 10th, 5AM.
Now it is Feb 12th, 4:30 PM, and the status of my withdrawal request is still pending.
I have received confirmation my account is fully verified, but as for the withdrawal goes, they are delaying payment with no clear reason.
When I spoke to the customer service, they returned same answer saying that they are reviewing, and due to pandemic, they are unable to process withdrawal at speed.
Their website states withdrawal pending period can take up to 12 hours, but it had been 60 hours since I have requested my withdrawal and there are no update.
I feel like they are just waiting for me to reverse withdrawal and spend it all.
Please help me to get this delayed payment issue resolved. I am getting anxious at this point.
