Hi Bitkingz & Askgamblers,

I have tried to withdraw my money balance on bitkingz casino to my bank account for 10 times now. All times so far is rejected by bitkingz. I have verified everything on my casino profile, I have added my driver's license, bank card, address, everything they asked for. Still the withdrawal is not going through. I have tried to withdraw to my bank card, my skill and neteller account. Nothing is working. Then I asked them on bitkingz support what the problem is, the answer was that I have to withdraw the money to the same bank card that I deposited money from. And the fact is that I have tried to withdraw to my bank card many times, even after I took the pictures on the card that they needed. Still rejecting my withdrawal, please help me to get my money! The amount that I try to withdraw is 301€.

Hi again, so simply if I deposit 25€ and gamble with that I will be able to withdraw after that? I accept the terms of withdrawing money, still I think the rules are too unclear and badly visible on the casino site.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.
