Account created on 13-07-2020

Deposit 550 euro. Played into a slot machine. After winning the balance is 1925 euro.

All requested documents have been sent and approved.

Withdrawal of € 550 approved.

After that, the account was blocked with a request to accept the verification call. Until now, there has been no call from them. The phone number works and is provided. There was no call from the casino for six months. They also don't respond by email.

The account is currently blocked.

I'm ready to take a call from Monday to Friday from 10 in the morning till the Afternoon.

In attachment you are welcome to find a screenshot showing 2 calls are made at the end of February and that's all. No more calls are registrated.
I wanted to call them myself and asked for a phone number, but they said they had communication problems.
