Account created on 13-07-2020

Deposit 550 euro. Played into a slot machine. After winning the balance is 1925 euro.

All requested documents have been sent and approved.

Withdrawal of € 550 approved.

After that, the account was blocked with a request to accept the verification call. Until now, there has been no call from them. The phone number works and is provided. There was no call from the casino for six months. They also don't respond by email.

The account is currently blocked.

I'm ready to take a call from Monday to Friday from 10 in the morning till the Afternoon.

Now my account is fully reopened and the balance was returned back. Thank you Askgamblers.
The last thing that needs to be done is to update payment methods. Due to changes in bank policy Visa card can't be used in gambling anymore. The last time is used a Visa card for a deposit in this casino more than 6 months ago - it should not be a problem. Just delete the Visa card used for deposits and block it for any transactions.
