Horrible customer service. And to get verified they want pictures of you holding ALL the different documents they ask for. Truly a horrible casino, and I would advice anyone thinking of joining to turn away and choose another casino.

The site got everything including nice gaming providers and good promotions

The worst point at this casino is the support, I never realized that low quality and slow support. Requests do not get handled plus the staff even makes the customers upset. A company with this revenue should invest some money in a proper support - or replace it with bots. It is really terrible to know with my losses at William Hill to pay indirectly a small part of the support agent's salary.
The withdrawal time frame before/on weekends is bad, waiting until Sunday night.

They stopped me for receiving bonus with no reason. Considering iv e deposit £11800 with withdrawals at £3300 and rtp of 29% that s on life time of account. I don't see why they stopped me from receiving bonus because of the reason just stated. It's down to luck! But considering the casino has done very well from me with rtp of 29% I feel very disappointed they stopped my bonuses.

There is nothing positive I have to say about this site.

The customer service of the William Hill website is appalling. I was left hanging in a customer call for over 10 minutes having asked a question about the money I deposited. I was rudely replied to and didn't get my question resolved as the person hung up. Never visiting again and I urge you not to.

Worst Casino ever! I really liked William Hill before for doing Online sports betting. But then they started to harass me at its finest.. I am a regular player and my account was already verified. I sent them every document as required (driving license, passport, address registration document). Then they asked me for more verification documents such as selfies with every document: selfie with driving license, selfie with passport, selfie with a sheet of paper and my account number, selfie with a screenshot of my e-wallet, etc. I sent them really everything and they always could not accept the documents due to some issues like images are blurry "please send again", etc. The always came up with something new and I dont know why they couldnt verify! Approx. 15 E-Mails later with all my documents I have, I am still waiting for my verification, although my account was already verified in the beginning.

Terrible customer service. The live chat support seem unable to resolve any issues without going through a supervisor. E mail responses take days to receive a reply, seemingly longer if it is about redeeming a bonus. The telephone support is great if you want to deposit money but terrible if you're trying to resolve a problem. A real let down for what could be a really great casino.
