The Wiliam Hill casino earned a lot of reputation over years for one of the best sportsbook casinos out there but the casino itself is amazing and currently its the main casino that I play on.

Because of a lackness comments for this section i would like to continue that WH has high reputation and credibility. I have had a tough time with these guys. First I put money in to play. It took a while to appear, causing me to contact them about it to fix the issue. By this point I was already annoyed with the site. After my money was up, I clicked around and found the site to be very confusing. Nothing was straight forward.

I decided to withdrawal my money out to put it on a site I was familiar with and liked. It would not allow me to withdrawal my money. I contacted them and they said since I deposited money and did not play they had to send it to their security team and asked why I withdrew. I told them I simply do not like their site. I then had to send them multiple forms of ID, which I did immediately. This was A MONTH AGO and I still have not gotten my money and they will not tell me when I can have it back.

Time to even things up a bit here.

The worst point at this casino is the support, I never realized that low quality and slow support. Requests do not get handled plus the staff even makes the customers upset. A company with this revenue should invest some money in a proper support - or replace it with bots. It is really terrible to know with my losses at William Hill to pay indirectly a small part of the support agent's salary.
The withdrawal time frame before/on weekends is bad, waiting until Sunday night.

They stopped me for receiving bonus with no reason. Considering iv e deposit £11800 with withdrawals at £3300 and rtp of 29% that s on life time of account. I don't see why they stopped me from receiving bonus because of the reason just stated. It's down to luck! But considering the casino has done very well from me with rtp of 29% I feel very disappointed they stopped my bonuses.

The customer service of the William Hill website is appalling. I was left hanging in a customer call for over 10 minutes having asked a question about the money I deposited. Worst Casino ever! I really liked William Hill before for doing Online sports betting. But then they started to harass me at its finest.. I am a regular player and my account was already verified. I sent them every document as required (driving license, passport, address registration document). Then they asked me for more verification documents such as selfies with every document: selfie with driving license, selfie with passport, selfie with a sheet of paper and my account number, selfie with a screenshot of my e-wallet, etc. I sent them really everything and they always could not accept the documents due to some issues like images are blurry "please send again", etc. The always came up with something new and I dont know why they couldnt verify! Approx. 15 E-Mails later with all my documents I have, I am still waiting for my verification, although my account was already verified in the beginning.

I joined William Hill in 2005 and used them mainly for sports betting. Where to start. I think they do not promote nor operate supportive gambling practice with the withdrawal system they insist on having. I don't consider myself to have a problem or need any sort of intervention but having a withdrawal request pending for between 2 - 5 days with frequent reminders you can cancel the withdrawal or have you tried this game yet - use your funds messages. - the customer service staff are at best untrained and have the manners that belong to someone who should work alone and not with people. 4 occasions I have been treated like 'how dare I impose on there time or have a query'' the final straw was it took 4 staff giving 4 made up stories to a situation which was plainly down to a clause in T&C which none of them knew or had ever read yet I had I just wanted what the first agent promised me.
