I wagered about a 1000€ When I discovered netent was banned in Canada, I contacted support to ask why they allowed me to play netent. I was told it was a “technical issue” and they decided to close my account. I really believe they blatantly ripped me off, I have copies of the chat to prove it. Platin casino attracted me for 2 reasons - first, I haven't tried it so far and second, it has Blue Gem Gaming and Merkur software and with both of them I am not very familiar with. Hello, I just can not recommend this casino. I paid for it and I got a bonus. I met the bonus requirements. I would like to take out the money. I sent my documents for verification. The driver's license and utility bill with 2 it is not enough. Must have a passport that is not enough. Must have an ID card as well. Then the check was successful.
