Mr.Play was released about a few months ago, I received an email from an affiliate about an exclusive offer which was not really true because their offer was the same as what I saw at Askgamblers, so this was just another a misleading advertisement. I went to Mr.Play casino's website and as soon as I saw the website I instantly knew this was another sister casino of CasinoLuck, Next Casino and many more, all I needed was literally 2 seconds to recognize it and I went from excited to indifferent in that 2 seconds but I signed up anyway because I just wanted to try my luck with the free spins the offered me.

When I completed the registration, there was no account activation email sent because apparently that was not needed, I think it was a little bit weird but okay I just went along. I went to my account and check for the avaliable bonuses, guess what? No free spins there, so I contacted live chat regarding this and I must say their support staff was friendly and added the 20 free spins to my account minutes after. Support is 100% top notch and I am glad they are that friendly, it makes you feel very welcomed.

The 100% first deposit bonus is actually great, wagering requirements only 35 times bonus amount, it's not bad in comparison with other bonuses from most casinos, I have seen a few better ones but this is not bad at all plus the minimum deposit required to receive the welcome offer is €10, for those who do not like to spend a lot of money, this is the best offer they can get. Unfortunately I did not manage to clear the wagering but I had a lot of fun playing there.

Mr.Play is a decent casino, friendly support staff, great deposit bonuses, decent amount of games. It's just a pity they still have pending time on your withdrawal and it's up to 48 hours, I am sorry but that's just way to long for me and this is the main reason why I would think twice before making another deposit. It is a great casino if you have patience and sadly enough I do not.

Too long pending time, bonus system sometimes failing and that could be annoying.

Website is decent had no problem with lag etc.
Requested a cashout they wanted verification which i sent next day told me no problem withdrawal being processed so no problem there.

Got charged a fee for a deposit which is not good for any casino to do getting more money out of you.
It's a non sticky bonus but you have to tell live chat you want to cancel your bonus. Come on Mrplay, why do I need to tell chat to drop the bonus if I want to do that I should be able to forfeit the bonus myself.

2 days on waiting on a withdrawal is way to long. Every chance is people are going to reverse their winnings, me included. 1 day - fair enough but 2 is a bit long imo

Average games on an average looking site. Glitchy games that stick all the time ( I have great internet connection) No decent live games and you have to wait too long to be verified as well. There are so many better casinos out there and then they add to their issues with a 7 day payout!!! Best avoided. Go to scandinavia or UK for online casinos.

I like the number of slots offered, from different providers.

I dislike 2 things about this casino.
1. Pendingperiod of 48 hours. Afer that it takes 2 or 3 days before you receive yor withdraw amount, especially when weekens are involved it means it will take almost 1 week before you receive your money.
2. Bonus system. A number of slots do not count for wagering, much more slots do only count for 10 percent and evenmore slots , the big majority, count for 50 percent.
In fact only abt 5 slots count 100 percent for wagering your bonus but they are not mentioned.
In fact you may easily conclude that wageringterm is not 35 but 70 times your bonusamount.

These 2 things together makes me wondering why AG rates Mr. Play with 9,45 superb.
This is a casino where you better not play with a bonus.
My conclusion is, not a bad casino but there are better ones these days.

Not a great reliable welcome bonus.
Very few live tables game. Often if not only one live black jack table under 50 $ a hand, all the others are full all the times lol!
Only one provider of live game. Like i said not much variety of games, slots,provider.
Some game don't even load properly!

Just an awful casino, very bad gameplay, poor customer service, very little to no reward. A game got stuck and I couldn't play any game at all anymore.

Contact customer service who didn't not take it serious. They told me to do this, I try this, it did not work, go back to the chat, had to explain myself again, had to do that, I did not work, again go back to CS, had to explain myself over and over and over again coz nobody had a clue.

I missed money, witch is still in the game btw. And I can't play, emails erresponsive. They told me it would take a few days to update the so called "technical difficulty" now, 7 days later, nothing happened and nobody knows anything, promises are not kept, my cash is still pending, I only hear weak excuses everytime about all these issues. What kind of a casino is this? Worthless, don't take your money here, coz you never see it back! And you will not be able to play once you start winning, due to the so called sca... technical difficulty!

Lots of games and fantastic bonus offers nice layout.

Fees for deposits even when it states in terms and conditions there will be none (this has since changed).

An excellent bonus here with not to much hassle to wager it either. I like the gameplay and the games are fresh as well. Slower payout than I am used to but I don't care as long as they pay me exactly what I expected.

Only downfall My withdraw was over 48 hours in total 4 days was told there was a delay due to high withdraw traffic but received my winnings :)
