I signed up at this casino and claimed some no deposit spins. Well as you know 10 free spins never helps really and did not manage to complete wagering. They have an AG exclusive 200% bonus, which is the same as their other sites offer like fruity casa.

Poor withdrawal times, it says processed within 48hrs, I was waiting over 96 hours and still wasn't processed. Contacted support and they said because the processing period landed over a weekend. And that the funds may take an additional 48hrs once processed. I am going back to the other casino's I use where withdrawals are done and usually in the bank within 48 hrs, even on a weekend.

Games lag constantly. Get booted out constantly and the system logs you out while you are playing. Pending period of 48 hrs is very bad. Basicly gives them an excuse to stall ur payment for 48 hrs.. most casino's have a maximum pending period but these guys just basicly use those 48hrs to the max to ensure max reverse rate on payouts. Support can only reach payment department via e-mail and also cant speed up things because of a missed document.

I love the game selection, site looks professional to me, first deposit bonus offer is decent, 70x wagering on the bonus or the way it's put: 35x on both deposit and bonus(to make it look nicer) feels a bit excessive, but ok.

Had my first withdrawal, got my documents approved within 48 hours or so, now just waiting for the withdrawal itself to be approved. I originally signed up through an affiliate link (it was how I learned about the casino), this link offered a 200% first deposit bonus, opposed to the standard 100%. Once I had signed up and saw the offer read 100%, I contacted support and asked about it, they then claimed I had not signed up through an affiliate link (which was the only way I actually found out about the casino) and I wasn't in the mood to say anything as I had too much bad experience that day with stupidity from other sites support that I just left the chat and took the 100%. I don't understand how signing up through a direct affiliate link that differs from the casino's own personal sign up address, does not register with the casino when it's signed up through.
