It's been 4 days since they asked for a bank statement still they have not updated the balance.

I am writing emails to them daily but they are saying they have no control over the Indian market...

Hi, I need to looks for help here about Batandyou casino. I start verification process with them, all was good, they were responding on my selfies emails, ID attached emails and all other emails. I'm unable to withdraw 649€ because of not receiving the SMS code to confirm it. Before that there was no problem of receiving SMS code or withdrawing my money. My mobile service provider checked everything and there is no problem on their side neither is in my phone, because as checked by my provider there was no SMS that would get to my providers servers. Then I ordered a callback option, this is when their operater calls you on your phone. I explained the situation to him and he gave me code to confirm the withdrawal. But it was rejected, as you can see in the attached picture. As always I deposited with bank card and tried to make wihtdrawal with SEPA back to my bank account. Until this it was working fine as I already made a withdrawal. So this reason for rejection is a problem in their system or they just want to stole my money even when I have a minus of a few thousand € on my account overall. And now I have another problem. I cant even get into account because i need an SMS code as you can see in the attached picture. But again there is no SMS being sent to my phone (my operater checked it again). Their live chat support is not helpful at all since all they give me is generic answers again and again and are saying that SMS was sent, which was not. When I try to call operator who called me back I am waiting in the lobby for next available operator and then the call ends. I have tried to call them a few times already but its always the same.

Dear Askgamblers Team, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with BetandYou Casino's customer support and verification process, which has been nothing short of frustrating and unproductive.

For the past 4 days, I have been attempting to resolve an issue with updating my phone number in order to cash out my account balance. The casino requires a verification code to complete this process, which is supposed to be sent via SMS. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received any SMS containing the verification code. I have diligently followed all troubleshooting steps provided by their support team and even submitted screenshots demonstrating the issue. However, the problem persists.

Furthermore, every time I reached out to their live chat support for assistance, I was required to explain the entire situation repeatedly. Initially, I was informed that I needed to contact a hotline to receive the OTP over the phone. To my dismay, no hotline number was listed on their website. When I informed this to the chat support agent, I was instructed to request a callback instead. I promptly submitted a callback request but have not received any response or callback for the past two days.

This ongoing delay and lack of effective communication have left me unable to access my funds, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. I am reaching out to AskGamblers in hopes of escalating this matter and obtaining a resolution as soon as possible.

Please assist me in addressing this issue with BetandYou Casino's management. I would appreciate any support in expediting the verification process or providing alternative solutions to access my account funds without further delay.

Betandyou Casino - Payment error and support doesn't help

Hello. I tried to do a withdraw in this casino 10 days ago, gave the documents numbers and tried this withdraw, less than 30$. The casino opens me a page where I need to click in a link to liberate this withdraw. In this page, it says the withdraw was approved. Well, I click on the link and its go to a page saying there is an error about the information.

Well, I talked with the support asking for the cancel of this withdraw and they say they cant do it because it was approved. I sent all the prints, and they said first to wait 5 days, than after it they said they would send my case to specialist teams. I asked again for the cancellation of this withdraw but they say they cant do that. The specialist team didn't contact, and after 10 days I just gave up about the money. The answer they give me is always that they cant do nothing. I sent the prints and they just say to try again (I clicked millions of time, refresh page, cleaned cookies, and is always the same information. Hard to believe in this type of problem in a casino that have more than 9 rating here.

I made a withdrawal of 30 dollars to my AIRTM e-wallet on May 15, 2024 and today is May 27 and I still haven't received it ( The $30 withdrawal is approved, as shown in the attached screenshot). Betandyou, is a very good casino with easy registration and a large selection of games, but my favorite has to be Playtech- Frie Blaze Collection. In my opinion the site works well, including a good casino.
The odds are good and competitive, which is why I've been betting here for some time. I can deposit money and withdraw it quickly and efficiently, which is also a good point in its favour.

With regard to the appearance of the website and the app, in my opinion there is a lot of room for improvement. I think that the brand image should be restructured for the year 2025.
I also think that they could do a lot better in terms of live support.

I've been playing here for a couple of years and sometimes place bets. The site isn’t super well known but I guess that’s actually a good thing since it hasn't got too big and ruined yet. I like that I can quickly deposit money into my account and if I win I can withdraw it just as fast. I’ve got vip status here so I get extra bonuses and fewer restrictions which is definitely a plus

There are a few things I’m not like though. like the high wagering requirements on bonuses and the slow support. As a vip I expect a bit more attention from them so I’m docking a star for that. That’s it.
