21 Casino - Another casino asking for personal bank details

When I deposit using online casino sites, I tend to use ewallets (Apple Pay and PayPal) and had used Apple Pay to deposit last time with this casino.

I usually find white hat gaming companies to be very fair and straight forward, however this time that was not the case.

I tried to withdraw to the payment method I had used (as per their terms and conditions) but wasn’t given Apple Pay as a withdrawal option. I spoke to an agent who informed me that this was because I had instead topped up with a paysafe card. This was my first red flag, I do not own a paysafe card and know for a fact I deposited with Apple Pay. The agent said I could withdraw to my PayPal account instead.

I did this, but after waiting over 24 hours I could see that my payment still wasn’t paid. I got in touch, and a new agent informed me that my payment had been rejected by PayPal and that I must not provide my private, personal bank details to be able to have my withdrawal.

As stated, I do not like to give these out, so I asked again if they would just withdraw it to my PayPal, they said no. As previously mentioned, this is a new thing that some casinos are trying. The last casino that tried it with me I came to this site to complain, and my issue was resolved just an hour ago. My withdrawal was issued to my preferred method and I didn’t end up having to hand over very sensitive data…

I come to ask gamblers again to ask you to once again help me in this matter.

I signed up to 21casino through Rocknrolla's link. There are plenty of various slots to play on this site and good game play!

The verification process took almost a week and another week to process my first withdrawal!

I have been playing on 21Casino site for almost a year, and during my time play, a good few times, I have won a few grands on each occasion, but because of the very slow withdrawal process by the casino, I have ended up to loose all the monies I have won as a gambler every time!!! I believe this is not a professional practice by the casino to keep your money for such a long time as 3-4 days to make you play and loose the money back to the casino!!! Also, you can not lock your winnings during the very long withdrawal time by the casino and as gambler you always loose your winnings!!! Very un-ethical by 21casino!!!

Also, I have a few times received emails about bonuses being offered, but every time I have deposited on the same day (before 12am), never received the bonus and after contacting the customer service, they are just saying sorry and telling you the bonus is not available any more after only a few hours receiving the email promotions!!!!

Because of the very slow withdrawal process and other bad practices by 21Casino, I have now decided to stop playing on 21Casino any more wand will close down my account there. I definitely will not recommend this casino site to anyone!!!

Hi, just wanted to say as a new player I have found 21 casino a little discouraging, don't get me wrong 21 casino is a great site for playing games but I feel let down by the way there verification system works.
I joined this site because I liked the way it looked and thought I would give it a try.

I won £200 then decided to cash out I was then asked to very vacation of my Id which I happily sent via email.
I then was notified it would take up to 48hours for verification of my documents, this was on the 20/08/17 I even spoke with online chat I had been reassured they had indeed received my documents. After a day or so I reverse my £200 and won £700 and banked winnings after checking next day if my winnings had moved from pending and found it still pending I once again reversed my £700 and the won £1,100 which I was very pleased with, all in all I waited for my money to be sent to my bank and ended up reversing it as it was still pending and ended up losing it all I strongly agree if I did not have to wait so long and still waiting for verification as from today date which is 24/08/17I would have not ended up losing my winnings.

Very slick site, great graphics, easy gameplay. Used them because of rocknrolla, and was easy to sign up and good bonus deposit offered.

The verification time period and withdrawing funds is prehistoric.

I requested to withdraw funds over 48 hours ago, have submitted the documents they requested (which no other provider has ever asked me to do), and still have not had the request approved.

Are they just trying to hold onto players' funds longer? This seems a very bad practice.

I only won a very small amount, I just want my money. They accepted my deposit without any 'verification' but do not want to return funds now.

The casino was fun to play in and a great variety of games, the live chat is good BUT

Verifying the account took longer than 48 hours. I have now lost all of the $12,000 I won. If I could of just withdrawn it I would be fine even if it was a temporary hold. I understand that 21casino is a business but they are not sincere. They said it takes maximum 48 hours. I'm very upset and won't be playing again due to this dishonesty. What do you expect a gambler to do if they can't withdraw the money? Look at it on a website? 21 Casino you could be better and I've been ripped off due to a policy not followed. I will look in fine print and see what I can do about it.

Great range of games unavailable to me elsewhere, such as Blueprint.
Operates in my market.
Option to display the RTP percentage for individual slots, before you load them.
Mobile experience comparable to Desktop experience, where others fail at delivering consistency.
Have not had any issues with documentation verification, process is simple.
All withdrawal requests that have been made from the casino have been of a sizable amount, and all have been paid with minimal delay.

All in all there are many positives to this casino, however, the negatives could be considered quite substantial for many.

The pending period for withdrawals is far too long. I understand the strategy to recoup money back from the player, and whilst I do not agree with the practice, they are a business so they are entitled to do such things. However, most other casinos currently offer a "Lock" facility, while you are waiting for the withdrawal request to be approved or rejected. Effectively you will have to wait a minimum of four business days to receive payment when playing at 21 Casino. I have read many replies to reviews on this site that state "we are working on a faster process" but they date back to early 2016, which begs the question if this is even still a priority.

Customer support, whilst available now 24/7, have limited ability to authorize or action requests.

They do not offer their progressive jackpots to all jurisdictions, which is a worrying proposition, if you were to get lucky and book a massive win, you might not be eligible to receive the money. Clarification on why this is the case would be great, or what would happen in the possible (if somewhat unlikely) event a player from one of these jurisdictions were to win a progressive. Does this still apply to multi-provider jackpots such as Mega Moolah?

Terms and conditions are a little complicated, the operator could take a leaf out of Rizk's policy of "No Bulls#!t".
