Ybets has blocked my ability to withdraw money from my account on the grounds of bet history review [See screenshots 1 to 3]. Apparently it's a standard procedure. I made a withdrawal successful once before but on the second attempt at a withdrawal that's when they blocked that function. I was told the first time I asked about it that the review would take about 14 days [See screenshot 4]. After the 14 days passed I asked again and I was told it wouldn't last more than 30 days [See screenshot 5]. As I write its day 30 and I haven't received any email from ybets concerning reactivation of the ability to withdraw. The withdrawal limit began on April 22 [See screenshot 2]. I need your help because the customer support is just telling me to be patient. My ybets account is < sent to the casino > . Thanks in advance.
