My issue is that same as many peoples which is tangiers refusal to pay my withdrawal of $3950.

I will go through my timeline with Tangier’s to show their withdrawal process:

Submit withdrawal

Wait 1 week

2) request for bank statement

wait 1 week

3) request form to confirm credit card is mine

wait 1 week

4)told that my account is going under review (had to cancel withdrawal for that… what?)

wait 2 weeks

5) withdrawal approved (told with would take 5-7 business days)

wait 1 week… 7 business days.

6) account is closed for no reason

currently on week 7 waiting for withdrawal of $3950

I have passed the 7 day maximum waiting for my wire to be received….

I need help getting my money from them…. this company is so terrible!!

on a side note,

…………. their business model is stupid to say the least. put it this way, imagine going into a real casino for the first time, you win $100, and then as you’re leaving they banned you for life. why would you ever think this is smart business. if someone wins money, you want them to come back another day and lose the money they won and more. Even if they didn’t close accounts as soon as you withdraw, nobody is going to go and play after waiting 2 months to get their money. I have played on many online casinos, i get my money in 2-3 days, and then i want to play more because they have good service…. just a thought tangiers…..

Kindly note that your first withdrawal request was declined because we were missing some documents. As per our Banking Page, if we require additional verification, we may ask for the following:

• Credit/Debit Card Vouchers of all cards used in the past six (6) months;
• Proof of ownership of payment method - depending on the method used, this may include a copy of a recent bank statement or a screenshot of the e-wallet;

At the time of review of your second withdrawal request, we had received the Bank Statement, however we will still missing the voucher for the card, so it was unfortunately declined.

During review of your third withdrawal request, your account was entered into the Verification Process. The process includes but is not limited to a review and authentication of the paperwork that has been received; verification that Account information matches the documents on file; and a thorough review of the Game sessions.

Your latest withdrawal request was approved on the 10th of December and the transfer was processed immediately on our end. Please let us know once the funds are reflected in your account.

Thank you for your reply, It has now been 9 business days since you approved the withdrawal. how much longer is a reasonable time for this wire transfer to take?

I finally got the wire.... took a nap at 3pm est and wasn't there, woke up at 5 pm and it arrived.
