I have submitted my credit card details 3 times. Twice yesterday and once three weeks ago. An file upload facility is used. Last night my account was showing as verification approved. I did a withdrawal today and it was reversed. I contacted the on line chat and they said credit card details not received. I never received any email or communication that the credit detail needed to be sent by email. The online chat person said nothing was received. But yesterday the on line chat person said it was received. I feel I’m getting the run around. It takes a week to process and at this rate I’ll never get any winnings. So tired of this poor service.
