It's been over a month now since I have requested my withdrawal with this casino. It was understandable that my payment was not sent during the first week be cause my account was not verified. I had requested a withdrawal of 1700 $ on May9.
After uploading my docs and waiting 3-4 days for approval, I was successfully verified. Pictures Attached.
Since then I have requested my withdrawal twice now and my money keeps getting sent back to me.
This week I also received this email, which the picture is attached for.
I asked on chat and they claimed I was verified. I emailed their payments and accounting department and I have yet not received any replies from them.
I am irritated with this casino and it's level of customer service. They have done the exact same thing to others here on Ask-gamblers.
I am requesting Tangiers Casino to send my casino funds promptly.

You canceled my previous withdrawal. In your previous post you stated "Your second withdrawal request was placed on the 3rd of June".
If you have a look at the picture, it was on the 10th of June, and since then my withdrawal should have been processed.
I await my withdrawal now.
