I deposited to Tangiers casino with my Visa card and won 400 euro. This casino does not allow withdrawals to your Visa card which most Casinos do. They have limited the bank tranfer withdrawal option to a minimum of 500 euros (now that is a lot of money to win! ) but they offer a Skrill withdrawal. However, they refuse to withdraw my winnings to a Skrill account. Their online suport is almost non existant. They ghost me the minute I ask them about solving my withdrawal problem. I feel like I'm stuck in limbo land and have been given no option by them other than to hand them over my winnings.

Please send a screenshot of your Skrill account to confirm the email ID, and the Accounting team will make sure that your currently pending withdrawal request is reviewed as soon as possible.

The first time I made a request for this withdrawal was more than a week ago. You, Tangiers casino, after a 4 day wait returned my 400 euro winnings to my account without explanation. When I contacted your online support about the issue you ghosted me twice.

As of your explanation here, I have sent you a screenshot of my Skrill account yesterday. My withdrawal is still pending.

Assuming you will process my withdrawal fairly, all this could have been avoided had you requested a screenshot of my Skrill account via email or online support instead of ghosting me.

As of yet, my withdrawal has not yet been processed.

Despite my complaint here and despite sending them a screenshot of my Skrill account my winnings of 400 euro have today again been returned to my playing account without explanation.

It should be mentioned they have set themselves a 5 day withdrawal processing time. 5 days!! At this rate we could be doing this forever. I ask for a withdrawal, wait 5 days, they return the money to my account without further instructions, I ask for a withdrawal again. It's so frustrating!

What kind of a casino does not have an option to withdraw to your Visa card and limits the bank transfer option to a minimum of 500 euro? It's like they're setting you up to simply hand over them your winnings!
