I had been playing at Tangiers casino for a year now. I requested a small withdrawal on the 14th of August this year. I had to beg for details where the process was. After begging them, they said my bank details given were incorrect, and I need to resupply them. I know they were correct- I made sure of that. I now need to be verified AGAIN I was told. As my original verification is outdated. I gave them heaps of ID and photo ID. They said I was verified 2 days by later by email and then changed their mind the next day. They said they wanted a current electricity account, not the one I gave that is four months old. But I had moved address - not got a new one as yet.. I gave them a Centrelink letter showing my address and was now once verified again.
So I was approved in their system on the 14th August. And to date of the 4th September, I am still begging with no funds in my account. DELAYS WITH PAYOUT AND COMMUNICATION NEGLECT
