Delayed Payment & Account Closure
For over a month now I have been trying to receive my $1500 withdrawal of winnings from Tangiers Casino. After reading multiple reviews, I realize that I am not alone and this is what this casino does to many players. It is also important to note that once a withdrawal process has been initiated, it follows very similar steps for everyone who has issues in terms of their delay tactics, asking for very specific documents (more than once), and so on (please read details below).
In total I have requested on four occasions a wire transfer withdrawal of $1500 from this casino. Every request is followed by a lengthy 5 business day delay (even longer at times) and then a surprise decline for various reasons.
The first request was declined as they required my personal information (drivers license and credit card) in order to verify my account; even though prior to this first request I already uploaded both of these documents in my profile and they were verified by the casino!
The second request was declined as they required a "release form" on my credit card. Why would they need that? I made multiple successful deposits using "Neosurf" and my account was in good standing. Remember, that each of these requests is followed by a minimum 5 business day waiting period. So to me, right away something was wrong here and I became suspicious of this casino at this point. I was very nice in communication with them and continued along in this path of delay tactics for no good reason from their end.
The third request was declined as my account was randomly selected for a verification process. I mean, common! This email explained that they need to review all the documents and gameplay and that this is a totally random procedure on their end. I was starting to lose hope here but still continued to abide and go along with the process.
Another 5 business days later, my forth withdrawal request was finally approved! Good news, right? Wrong! Another 5 business days later I get an email from this casino (again, if need be I can provide these emails for proof of communication), saying that my account has been reviewed and closed! It is also important to note that it has be closed for "no reason." Apparently, they can close your account for no reason at anytime without any explaining. This is unacceptable. To me, I feel like this is theft of personal information and my money and they have to be held accountably for their actions.
So here I am, well over a month later asking for help receiving my $1500 in winnings from Tangiers Online Casino.
