For over a month now I have been trying to receive my $1500 withdrawal of winnings from Tangiers Casino. After reading multiple reviews, I realize that I am not alone and this is what this casino does to many players. It is also important to note that once a withdrawal process has been initiated, it follows very similar steps for everyone who has issues in terms of their delay tactics, asking for very specific documents (more than once), and so on (please read details below).
In total I have requested on four occasions a wire transfer withdrawal of $1500 from this casino. Every request is followed by a lengthy 5 business day delay (even longer at times) and then a surprise decline for various reasons.
The first request was declined as they required my personal information (drivers license and credit card) in order to verify my account; even though prior to this first request I already uploaded both of these documents in my profile and they were verified by the casino!
The second request was declined as they required a "release form" on my credit card. Why would they need that? I made multiple successful deposits using "Neosurf" and my account was in good standing. Remember, that each of these requests is followed by a minimum 5 business day waiting period. So to me, right away something was wrong here and I became suspicious of this casino at this point. I was very nice in communication with them and continued along in this path of delay tactics for no good reason from their end.
The third request was declined as my account was randomly selected for a verification process. I mean, common! This email explained that they need to review all the documents and gameplay and that this is a totally random procedure on their end. I was starting to lose hope here but still continued to abide and go along with the process.
Another 5 business days later, my forth withdrawal request was finally approved! Good news, right? Wrong! Another 5 business days later I get an email from this casino (again, if need be I can provide these emails for proof of communication), saying that my account has been reviewed and closed! It is also important to note that it has be closed for "no reason." Apparently, they can close your account for no reason at anytime without any explaining. This is unacceptable. To me, I feel like this is theft of personal information and my money and they have to be held accountably for their actions.
So here I am, well over a month later asking for help receiving my $1500 in winnings from Tangiers Online Casino.

Kindly note that your first withdrawal request was declined because we were missing some documents. As per our Banking Page, if we require additional verification, we may ask for the following:
• Credit/Debit Card Vouchers of all cards used in the past six (6) months;
• Proof of ownership of payment method - depending on the method used, this may include a copy of a recent bank statement or a screenshot of the e-wallet;
At the time of review of your second withdrawal request, we had received the Bank Statement, however we will still missing the voucher for the card, so it was unfortunately declined.
During review of your third withdrawal request, your account was entered into the Verification Process. The process includes but is not limited to a review and authentication of the paperwork that has been received; verification that Account information matches the documents on file; and a thorough review of the Game sessions.
Your latest withdrawal request was approved on the 10th of December and the transfer was processed immediately on our end. Please let us know once the funds are reflected in your account.

It is Wednesday morning 11:40 AM Eastern Time here in Canada (Toronto). I have not received the $1500 withdrawal. If you say that this was processed on December 10th, then it has been 9 business days already (counting today). You said that it would take 3-7 business days for the withdrawal to be in my bank account; clearly not the case. What is the delay? I've been gambling on many websites and it always takes less than 5 business days to receive withdrawals via wire transfers. Please double check on your end. After you closed my account for no reason last week I send you an email asking for an explanation of why you don't want my business and also for my $1500 withdrawal. I did not hear back from you and you closed my account. Perhaps you can explain here why you are closing players accounts for no reason when they request withdrawals of their winnings?
I will keep checking my bank account every hour and as soon as I see my funds I will post it here. At this point, I am still waiting (getting closer to the 2 month point after the initial withdrawal request)...

It is Friday morning 11:30 AM Eastern Time here in Canada (Toronto). I have not received the $1500 withdrawal. I don't know what else to write here except to pray and hope that I will get this money soon. The delay is unreal; there is definitely something going on from your end here as it should not be taking 2 months (from the initial request) for the withdrawal to be processed as well as over 10 business days from the time of approval of the wire transfer.

It is Wednesday, December 30, 2020 (12:00 pm Eastern Time) here in Toronto, Canada. I have not received my $1500 winnings to date.
I did receive your email with a reference number, but what is that supposed to mean? What do you want me to do with your random reference number? Can you provide concrete proof that you have processed my withdrawal on December 10, 2020 as you claimed with some sort of a bank statement from your end using the banking information which I provided to you?
As soon as I receive the funds I will update my post here. Hopefully it will happen this year...
