I have been trying to withdraw $4000 from Tangier’s. First I had to be verified. I spoke to them on chat and they assured me that everything was up to date and I would receive the money. Then the money was back in my Tangier’s account. They called me yesterday about playing in a race and I asked them when my funds would be cleared, I was told that it would be done in 4 hours when the team get in.

Now it is still sitting there and I have been told 10 days.

As yet I have still not received any money in my bank account.
I have been told up to 7 days by Tangier’s even though my bank assured me it should only take 1-3 days to transfered.

This is still on ongoing issue. I still have yet to receive any money into my bank account. They can take it instantly but won’t pay out. Now they are asking for bank a bank statement to prove I have not received the money.
The constant delays with this casino is horrendous.
Do they ever actually pay out or do I need to take this to the Australian gaming commissioner?

Today is business day 11 and still no sign of any money.
I see this is a common practice in Tangier’s tack tics
I don’t understand how it can take so long. They can take your money in under a minute but can’t pay it back.
I will speak to consumer affairs today and see what they advise.

Still no money
I spoke with the bank yesterday whom have said they can not see anything on my account at all.
They did say using a swift code can take a little longer but it should have hit my account of it was sent on the 8th of August

Yes I did finally receive the funds. They came thru in less than 24hours once Tangier’s actually transferd the funds.
Lots of stall tactics, and lies in the beginning but if you persist you will eventually get your money.
