Problem with withdrawl

I want to issue a complaint to SpinRollz for delaying my withdrawal. I won 500EUR and started the withdrawal on the 4th of june.

Today it is the 9th of june and I have still not had my withdrawal processed.

When I ask about my withdrawal, they promise that come within 0-3 days. And still I don't have it yet.
