I have received the message below from PokerStars. It has been 48 hours and I have received no instructions from them on what further action is required to have my account reinstated and my emails to their support team have gone unanswered. The message says that the security check will take a few minutes, which has turned into days, or I will receive an email with instructions, which I have not. Please help.
