Delaying my payment for over 15 days
So i used a deposit bonus on extra vegas about 15 days ago...finished the wagering the same day and requested cashout. I instantly uploaded needed documents...after a day or two i went to the site to see if there is any progress. Then they told the in the live chat they didnt recieve my proof of adress so that i need to upload it again, so i did and they accepted my proof of adress. Finally i was able to request a cashout....however since they dont have the option to withdraw the same way i deposited with what was credit card i needed to request a skrill cashout what i did. Then i asked in the live chat do i need to confirm my skrill account with a screenshot what is normal on any casino they said no. I asked when can i expect my withdraw to be processed they said 3-5 buisness days i said ok. they also said if they need any documents from me or anything i will get an email...what did not happen in thoose 5-6 buisness days, so i sent them an email to ask what is the problem...no response. then i went to the site to see there that my withdrawal is canceled without any notice. i asked live chat what is the reason then they said they need my skrill verification...so i sent them my skrill screenshot what they accepted and now i can request a new withdrawal. i thought finally this is it...but no. i sent them an e-mail today what is the fifth business days in my math to see why am i not paid yet to get a response that the 5-th of April is the fifth business day in their calculations. After i explained to them that in no way it can be the fifth we came to an agreement that 4-th of April is the last day. so i said ok i can expect my winning to be paid tommorow? on what they answered unfortunatly not, tommorow it will be probably reviewed and then maybe accepted ( what i doubt...i feel like they will find another reason to decline my withdraw) and then after another 5 business days it should be paid....what in total comes to about a month. i dont trust that site and i feel like they just dont want to pay me my winnings. the only reason i registered there was because i recieved an email from askgamblers promoting their casino so i figured it's safe to play there...so i ask you askgamblers since you promote them to deal with them and make them pay me my winnings because i dont have the strength or nerves to deal with that casino or their rude live chat anymore. if you need any proof i can upload all the e-mails that were exchanged between them and me in the process. tnx
