Hello
I'm waiting for my payout for 25 days. I won 1500 Euro at Extra Vegas. I made my deposit via ecoPayz. I also wanted to get that paid out. I have uploaded all necessary documents on the site and also sent via email. But after 5 days I got a message that my documents and payment have to be checked again. And this will take 10 days.
After that, I applied for the withdrawal via bank transfer, which was rejected again. I should then upload the documents again. What I did then. That was rejected again.
Now I have again requested the payment via ecoPayz. And again all documents sent to extra Vegas for security.
No other casino where I play games is so slow and there is my money in my bank account after the latest 5 days.
I've documented everything about correspondence from email and live chat.

today on 08.07.19 finally the money of extravegas on my ecoPayz account has been received.
Then the complaint is done.

Since yesterday, no money is visible on my player account. And suddenly I am no longer a silver VIP but I am displayed as a Basic VIP. Is this a bug on the website or why is that?
So far, no money has been received on my ecoPayz account. When the money is in the account, I will contact you. I hope that happens very fast.

The reason why your previous withdrawal request has been declined is due to the fact that you did not confirm your banking information when making the payout request, as per the following rule from our Banking page:
Extra Vegas solicits from all Members the corresponding information of their preferred withdrawal method via email to accounting@extravegas.com
This can be done before even making the payout request, so that the Accounting team has all the information and they can speed up the withdrawal process for you.
Regarding your current withdrawal request, please note that it will be reviewed by the Accounting team as soon as possible, within maximum 5 business days from the moment it was placed on the account.
