I played Vulkanbet casino 2.12.2018 and got 1200 euros winnings. After that I noticed there is no option to withdraw with normal Bank Transfer, just VISA option was available. I have made my deposit with Bank Transfer, so asked via chat how to make my withdraw. They said me that other options will be available after I have sent documents so did it.

Document approval took some days, and after that there was still no other withdraw options than VISA, so contacted chat again. They said I could make withdraw manually via chat, so I gave my bank details. I got no message after that about withdrawal, so asked few days later if this withdrawal have been made. I was told via chat that withdrawal have been made 10.12.2018 and now I have to wait 3-5 bank days. Have waited many days over this limit now and asked several times via chat my withdrawal. At first they said it could take longer and I should just wait and ensured that they have sent money 10.12.18, but finally after two weeks and no money on my bank account they checked status and said there was some break in final stage of transiction chain, so they should send it again and money will be on my account at the end of Christmas Week. Still no money on Friday, and again chat person promised to discuss with payment team. He said he will send email after that. Now I have waited few days and haven't got this email. I am quite frustrated to hear new explains and promises with every discussions and still have to just wait money.

VulkanBet Casino - Delaying Pending Cashout
So I found this casino and felt like I would like to test my luck. I deposited 300 SEK / 30 Euro to take the welcome offer for 200% Bonus. So far so good, i liked the feel and look on this casino right away. I got lucky and managed to fully wager my bonus and wanted to cashout 5000 SEK / 500 Euros. I was so happy about this actually, first time playing here and everything! Then my problems begin! When i wanted to cashout, a message told me to contact support, there was no avaible cashout method for me. (i got this chat printed out saved as well) Support guy named (Leo) told me that the method i used for deposit is not avaible to withdrawals. So i had to make another deposit with another method. So i wanted to pick Trustly since i always used them and i feel safe about it. Well, Trustly was not avaible he told me, even tho they state that Trustly is a method to use. They got their logo on the bottom of their site as well. So then i wanted to use Bank Transfer to cashout. But that was not possible either. He told me i could use Skrill/Neteller, but i have neither of those so i finnaly asked about VISA. Well to get that to work i had to make another deposit of smallest amount ( in this case 50 SEK / 5 Euro ). I did that and cashed out right after they removed the wager requirements for the last small deposit. One thing i noticed here was even tho i cashed out, all of my withdrawed money was still left on the real money balance. So i could have played and lost them even tho i cashed out. Well i was not going to do that anyway so i just stopped playing to await for my cashout to be approved. The following morning my account was verified and that was fast i think in my opinion, it felt great! But the withdrawal was still waiting. I waited 3 days and logged in to the site again to check my money. The money was moved from cash balance and the withdrawal was changed to "in progress" state. I asked in chat why i could not see the money anymore. (i got this chat printed out saved as well). I got this answer:: eo 2018-05-08 10:53:00 Hey Magnus, glad to see you! I see that your transaction was approved but funds are not sent yet. We're having some technical delays, really sorry about that. Then i have been contacting them everyday to ask about my withdrawal and have been told different excuses like broken payment system and they are having some delay issues and also that it will be sent next day. But nothing is changed. It's been way over 72 hours that are stated under General T&C, and Support says there is nothing more they can do. Can we please solve this now?

They are offering bonuses which are almost useless. Basically you are not allowed to play with active bonus money the half of the games they are offering. I know that many casinos are having this practice of not allowing some games while using bonus money, but I have never seen something like this. I wanted to cancel my bonus and withdraw my money back, but the support told me that this is not possible and I have to wait a full week!!! and my bonus will be canceled automatically. Here's what happened: from the bonus that they give out, I managed to fulfill the wagering requirements (e.g. 35x) and won 1200 EUR. Immediately, I wanted to withdraw. However, my problems started there. Long story short, after 6 days, and a lot of talking to the support of the site, I finally withdrew my money.

So pay attention to the stalling/delaying tactics!

But the rest is legit: they have a bonus, theoretically you can wager it 35x (I think I was up like 5000 EUR) but you can only take 1200 EUR from the bonus (not more).

If you pay with card (VISA), you can't withdraw using Wire transfer. For lack of a better term, that's awful.

You can ignore the bonuses completely, cause you will probably never get them to cashout or do anything meaningful with them - it's just a "trick" to get you in, that's all.

The fees are HUGE to transfer back to credit card - in my case, it was 20%

They are not transparent about the cashing in/cashing out methods and the corresponding fees, I believe.

'If I pay using card, can I withdraw using wire transfer' - the answer was 'yes'

However, when I *actually* got some money and tried to do it, the answer suddenly changed:

In other words: you cannot do that. You might be able to do that if you deposit first using 'wire transfer'.

I contacted live chat and they told me the bonus does not exist. I decided to take the Vulkanbet normal offer of 100% for minimum deposit of $10 instead. I started playing on their site and realised I could only play Netent and Betsoft slots, NextGen and Yggdrasil was not available for my country although I could see the games in my list. Normally the game would not show up at all. I played for a while and busted. I did not even try Elk Studios as I never win on their slots and dead empty spins during most of my sessions.

There r some things on this site I've never read or seen before. They offer you 3 deposit bonuses up to 300 Euro. But if you read the T&C you will find something quite interesting. It says: "The maximum amount of cashout from 1st deposit bonus is 300 Euro". So I asked the Support if that can be true. So it doesn't matter how much you deposit then. Even if you deposit 300 Euro to get a 300 Euro Bonus you can withdraw after wagering (x35) only 300 Euro :D This sounds fun :D

Second thing is: They offer a few deposit methods. I usually wanna deposit with paysafecard. After we had a little talk bout the strange bonus rules I just asked if they offer bank transfer as a withdrawal method then. Then support answered: You have to use the withdrawal method u used for deposits. Then I explained her that u just cant withdraw to a paysafecard. Its simply not possible. Then she said: In that case you have to deposit with a bank account then for possible winnings to withdraw.
